<p class="abstract">In the midst of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS COV-2) pandemic, victims are acquiring secondary infections like mucormycosis. Rhinocerebral mucormycosis (ROCM), is most prevalent form and an invasive, opportunistic fungal infection that typically affects immunocompromised patients. It exhibits a pronounced propensity to invade blood arteries, resulting in tissue thrombosis, necrosis, infarction. Early conventional advanced medical imaging computed tomography (CT) magnetic resonance (MRI) helpful assessing extent involvement this lethal disease which requires prompt aggressive treatment. Despite therapy, includes disfiguring surgical debridement frequently adjunctive toxic antifungal overall mortality rate high. The prime objective present study focuses upon, unravelling aberrant presentations along with detailed discussion about existing common features. current presents, case series 15 patients rhino-orbital-cerebral (ROCM) including clinical data; radiographic features sinusitis, bony erosions, soft also there were few uncommon illustrated while evaluating imaging. All underwent chair side histopathological investigations. Appropriate treatment modalities enrolled followed by rehabilitation defects after thorough follow-up over interval 6 months.
